I've lost the capability of adding new blocks to my site.
the only block that is showing is Navigation.
I have two other blocks that won't show.
One block is the Quotes block and the other is below the Navigation block

can someone help me?

After following the link you provided, I'm guessing that you've already solved the problem?

I didn't solve the problem.
I lost all my blocks except the Navigation during an upgrade from 4.6.4 to 4.6.7
I had to rollback to 4.6.4 after several tries at the upgrade.
never could get the custom blocks back after the upgrade.

if you have any idears about that, lemme know, cuz I really need to upgrade.
