Using windows 2000 and Poenix 0.4 I cannot submit to the forum. Once I submit the next page only draws halfway down and the post is not submited.

works for me at drupal.org. please try again or switch PCs in order to verify that this is a bug. I'm closing this item, but feel free to reopen if you determine that this is a genuine bug in Drupal.

you also might want to try different themes.
