I installed flexinode, successfully updated the database, and when I went to settings > flexinode I received this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_textfield() in /homepages/15/d170347356/htdocs/modules/flexinode/field_image.inc on line 91

Any hints?

The form_textfield function is from drupal 4.6, and not in 4.7. You're probably running drupal 4.7 and downloaded flexinode 4.6.
