The Blue_mark theme is a Drupal theme I used in the past for my family's Website. The GPL theme originates all the way back to Drupal 4.4 from cyberdash. With his permission, I switched blue_mark over from an XTemplate to PHPTemplate so it could be readily used in Drupal 4.7. The theme may be considered a little oudated...but I thought it needed a chance for a new life in the Drupal 4.7 era. This version of blue_mark is actually based more on the Blue Marine theme with heavy modifications to the CSS.
