Why are you posting in a separate topic?
Corey already told you the answer - pay someone to do the conversion from your custom setup.
Either you don't know or haven't provided enough information for someone to give give you the answer in one forum post... or it's gonna take some work.
It looks non-trivial.

Try the Professional Drupal Services and provide about 3x more information about how your data is currently structured.
