What is wrong with the pt-pt translation?

We translated everything from the .pot files, in terms of CVS it seems we are really 100%, but, in terms of the 4.7 it seems there are a few strings missing.

How can we correct this?

Before asking stupid questions I should learn how to use the CVS... ;) We were translating the head and not the 4.7 branch.
