Internet Explorer & Caching Support

Using the latest stable release of Views Slideshow and getting bugs. I believe this is a critical issue since it renders the module useless under these circumstances.

Using Page Caching and JS Caching:
* The rotator does not work, in all browsers. Although the rotator works with whoever hits the first initial page load to generate the cache (only in FF 3+, Safari, Ie8)
* no errors in log.

Page Caching Disabled with JS Caching:
* Errors in ie6, 7 and doesnt work. "Drupal" is undefined
* No errors in ie8 but doesnt work.
* works in FF 3+

Page Caching and JS Caching Disabled:
* No errors in all IE family and doesn't work.
* works in FF3 +

Using jQuery 1.2.6.
