Our new automatic cron feature gives this watchdog during normal operation. It is by design (it seems) that we enter into drupal_cron_run() on every page view, so lets not get loud about it.

catchThis message is useful, if you're trying to run cron manually and find out why it breaks. I would prefer a rollback of the automatic cron run.
