I assumed people could contact me through my drupal account. someone was savvy enough to google designisfuel and realized we are designisfuel.com :)

anyways, I'd prefer not to throw my email up on the net, so please contact me via the drupal account.

To enable the ability for people to send you email through the contact form while logged in you need to visit 'my account' -> 'edit' (tab) -> 'Contact Settings'
