Integrate branch tests with project page/releases

The branch tests/results and such need to be integrated with the project page and release so it is easy to tell that there are tests and what the latest result is.

Having some sort of badge system, ranking the quality of tests would be nice, but some of that will have to be simple since we don't have code coverage tests or anything.
