Clock module changes depending on OS time

I have just discovered that the time displayed in the clock block changes, if you change your OS time. That basically defeats the whole purpose of this module, as all the timezone settings take no effect. Actually they do take effect, but they are in relation to the OS time, not to the real time. Will investigate soon.
