Can't disable taxonomy colours

I enabled the calendar view, enabled my 'Animals' taxonomy (under 'Legend Vocabularies') and set some colours for the different terms (under 'Legend Terms'). Later, I decided I didn't want taxonomy colours anymore, so went back into 'Legend Vocabularies' and disabled the 'Animals' taxonomy. I expected this would remove the colour stripes from the calendar, but it didn't - the coloured stripes were still there.

To effectively disable taxonomy colours from a calendar, it seems you have to enable whatever vocabularies you had colours for, then delete the hexadecimal values from the 'Legend Terms' screen.

I believe this is a bug, in that disabling a vocabulary should disable any colours for that vocabulary too.
