I think your website needs a little more work. Every link from the homepage in the sentence 'You can view his resume, browse the projects he is currently involved with, or contact him with a job offer.' is broken. The reference to the logo image /newmike/themes/xtemplate/mike/logo.gif is not correct, should be /mike/themes/xtemplate/mike/logo.gif I think.

Looks to me you put the site up before it was ready.
