Points based on disparity

Hello, I am trying to create a quiz where the user is asked to estimate a number of something and is then rewarded based on how close they are to the correct number. So for example someone might guess the number of jellybeans in a jar and then get 10 points for a correct answer, 3 points for an answer within 10%, 1 point for an answer within 20%, etc.

I have not been able to find anything like this in the quiz documentation, but I'm wondering if there is a way to accomplish it that I am not imagining.
