I was able to pull the user database into excel. I can see all the users emails etc. The passwords are either not listed or encrypted. How do I get the passwords to my new Drupal install so the users don't have to be bothered with the migration?

You'll need figure out where the passwords are in your nuke install then you will have to work on getting that information into the database and tied to the correct uid (user id) in drupal.

may be beneficial to look into converting from nuke to something like wordpress, then to drupal using convertors.
