Hi,
When I create a new book page in 4.7, the Parent drop down box no longer includes "none" as an option of where the page should start.
I can only select book pages created in 4.6 as the root when in reality it should not be a child of any of these existing pages.
How do I fix this?

I hope it is this simple: There is a new access control for books in 4.7 called "create new books". You might simply not have rights to create new books (the scenario in which is available). Or are you logged on as uid = 1?

I've got the category.module enabled as well as the book and taxonomy wrappers. However I have no option to create a book page, no book block, no book access control but my database shows 59 records for a book table.

What am I missing? I am logged in as admin/user 1. I'm using the internet_center theme.

Do I have to upload another module? Add something to my theme?
