Budget: $200-250 USD
Timeline: 1 week

I need a Drupal theme created. It has already been partially designed and partially implemented, but my programmer had to leave the project. I'm looking for someone to finish it off.

Is this price range reasonable? The design is a fairly simple 2 column with no images other than the top banner and the background. I'll upload images later, I just have to get to work right now.

If your new theme should have a CD/CI like the themes at my sites, then the price range is not reasonable.
What's about the backend (admin view). Should it stay as it is defined in the misc/drupal.css?
A complete Drupal theme has hundrets of parameters (css selectors). And most of them need a new style.
How should sidebar blocks look like? Only rectangles or with rounded corner. Should (of course) they be bulletproof. Whats about different browser. Should the site work on IE 5/Win/Mac?
