ok -- i upgraded my drupal site - and now the navigation on the top is not working -- the links are off i guess - showing some css info in the link -- please help me as i am losing traffic because no one can get to the links!

forget it - i dont know where it was before but now its on the bottom of menus
changes in 4.7
In Drupal 4.7 primary, secondary links were moved to menus section. Earlier they were located in phptemplate settings.
