I can't get any of the Case Tracker URLs described in the documentation to work besides those URLs specified in the Views.
I did modify the default Views by changing Menu/Tab names (not paths) and adding some fields (custom CCK fields, user name, etc.). I have disabled Pathauto and deleted all URL aliases just in case but simple Case Tracker URL filters such as the following ones don't work:

** returns /casetracker/projects page
/casetracker/projects/my
/casetracker/projects/*

** returns /casetracker page
/casetracker/cases/my/all
/casetracker/cases/all/assigned
/casetracker/cases/*

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

On a stock install of CT these URLs work fine (using -beta8). OP, could you export your views and attach them here? Also, what version of views are you using?
