There does not appear to be integration with Taxonomy as there was with the plug-in in fckeditor. I don't know if this is a bug or if it is by design in the ckeditor plug-in, but taxonomy integration is an important organizing principle for our site to be able to find content.

Linktocontent module is dead, so i add support for CKEditor Link module (#1068026: CKEditor Link support).

Please check the latest dev release and let me know if you notice any poblems with it. Remember to clear Drupal cache and browsers cache before testing.
