Validation of the theme at http://d-theme.com/agua produces something worth looking at. The following img element has no alt attribute, not even an empty one.

I forgot to include the error message. D-theme displays themes with their default settings and has buttons for validating the output from the theme. The following error message is from the W3C validation of the XHTML from the Agua page.

Validation Output:  1 Error

   1. Error Line 581, Column 62: required attribute "alt" not specified

      …l/themes/agua/images/tag_blue.png" /> <ul><li class="taxonomy_term_32 first">

      The attribute given above is required for an element that you've used, but you have omitted it. For instance, in most HTML and XHTML document types the "type" attribute is required on the "script" element and the "alt" attribute is required for the "img" element.

      Typical values for type are type="text/css" for <style> and type="text/javascript" for <script>.

The img element is:
<img src="/sites/all/themes/agua/images/tag_blue.png" />

oh, thanks. I'll fix that.

that site is extremely irritating. it makes all themes look like garbage.
