Any idea when this component will be ported to 6.x-1.x? [#655304]

Hi,

Any idea when the email contrib will be ported to 6.x?

I've had a look through the code from 5.x but failed to convert it to 6.x in the short time I had, I don't mind taking a proper stab at it in the future if its not currently on the road map though.

Looking for this feature as well. Curious why this wasn't ported. Is there an alternative means (Rules, Triggers) to achieve this?

Gosh, it's been a while since I made this post :)

I ended up replicating the functionality through rules in the end, didn't have the time to finish the module conversion.

I might still have the snippet if you need it.

I realise this can actually be achieved through Rules too. Make sure you enable the Userpoints Rules Integration module then set up the action in rules.
