Hi,

We are testing OpenAtrium for a company intranet and I have been looking for ways to allow our users to specify a "display name" which is displayed instead of the username throughout the site - exactly what the RealName module is supposed to do. And the module actually seems to work fairly well; it does replace many (not all) usernames with the respective display names.

However as soon as the module is activated links to the user profile start to misbehave. For example any link to /user/5 should normally be auto-redirected to /space-bforchhammer/profile. With the module enabled it redirects to /space-bforchhammer/user/5 instead and displays the "profile node" (I think) instead of the "profile view" (?)... see attached screenshots.

I have tried to pinpoint the problem to one feature of the realname module (by disabling everything on /admin/user/realname) but I haven't had any luck yet. Any ideas on why this might be and how to fix it would be very welcome!

I also posted about this problem on the OpenAtrium issue tracker a few weeks ago but unfortunately haven't had any replies yet...

Thanks for reading,
Ben
