hello i have installed tinymce and enabled them and set the setting as described on installation but when i write content i dont see the tinymce i dont understand

Don't you see the "enable rich text editor" link just below the body textfield? You should see that as long as you configured tinymce according to installation instruction.
Yes, but registered users still default with disable.
I know it sounds weird, but that's what's happening.
Registered users have to go into their profile and change it themselves for it to stick. It is as if the profiles are over-riding the TinyMCE setting.
It may be an issue with the TinyMCE and Drupal v4.7

I'm willing to bet that you have set your setting for "True" but it still does not default to true.
This is still a problem.
Does anyone have ideas on this?
