Just installed Drupal 4.7 and things run fine, except for cron.php . When my service provider runs the nightly job, I get the following results mailed to me... what's up?
Warning: conf_init(./sites/default/settings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/onlineda/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 154
Fatal error: conf_init(): Failed opening required './sites/default/settings.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/onlineda/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 154
I've read several other similar complaints, but see no 4.7 specific fix... so please let me know if I simply missed one.

What does the CronTab say?
Can you post:
the appropriate line from your crontab;
the contents of your /etc/hosts file;
the output from ifconfig?
And is this an Apache webserver?
Host site provides all the framework apps
I use Startlogic as my hosting service, and one of many web-based-menu-driven options is to schedule a cron-job. You just point their menu to your http://onlinedavis.com/cron.php file and tell it to execute each nite at midnight and email you any errors. My original post above is the results of that first error-email.
