Is it possible to center the text on webpage titles? Or is it possible to somehow make it so that you CAN use titles, but don't HAVE to?

A little impatient? Anyway, These would be an edit of your template/theme, so it depends on which theme you are using. They are probably easies to accomplish using the phptemplate system, but it will still vary slightly depending on your theme.
