Sigh, I never learn. It's not enough to *read* the instructions they should be followed also !!
Anyway, the update of my 4.6 installation failed. I got a lot of error messages:
Unknown column 'schema_version' in 'field list' query: SELECT filename, name, type, status, throttle, schema_version FROM system WHERE type = 'theme' in /home/FA04-05-05-40_gk48h266j3ayp224h8ya/mostrom.pp.se/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 120.
I don't know what happened but would appreciate if someone tell me how to fix it.

Upgrade problem: schema_version
I looked a bit closer at the tables and no, there is no 'schema_version' column.
