allow in-store purchase of a uc_wishlist item

I wonder if perchance someone else is interested in building functionality to allow in-store purchase of a uc_wishlist item?

I am considering two use case scenarios:
1. Clerk in retail store ticks off wishlist items that are purchased
(no online purchase, no shipping, clerk tracks item and enters username or name of purchaser?)
2. Customer in retail store uses kiosk to purchase book on wishlist
(online purchase while in store, no shipping)

Order fulfillment could be tracked by printing the paid-item receipt where clerks can pick it up and give the book and receipt to the
customer directly. Or maybe some better way that doesn't involve a receipt printer...?

Any thoughts or contact with others addressing a similar feature are most welcome!
