Multiple Triggers on User Registration - Specifically with Redirect Action [#611024]

I have my Drupal web site set for a user to register with email confirmation.

I set up 2 triggers on new user registration:

1. Email support that a new account has been created.
2. Redirect to a "thank you for registering page... look out for an email"

With the redirect in place, NO EMAILS are sent. When I remove the redirect action emails are sent.

HELP!!!
