ecommerce : add additional charge for paypal payment

Hi all,

I have successfully installed and setted up the ecommerce package but one problem remains : is there a (simple, clean) way to add an additional charge for paypal payments ?
I thought it possible using tax module but the only criteria is location, not payment type.
