I just installed RDF (6.x-1.0-alpha7) and ARC2 as a dependency of the OpenCalais module, following the instructions in the INSTALL.txt and README.TXT files. This is running on an up-to-date Drupal 6.14, as of this writing.

While the RDF module itself appears to work, the "RDF Settings" page has a section entitled "FORMATS" with 6 radio buttons. Unfortunately, none of these radio buttons have any labels next to them to denote which format each represents.
