hello guys im new to drupal, just installed drupal in my local machine to test its feature.But problem how to create first user account, as i have installed it in my local machine i dont have email feature for account varification,is there other way to create user with using email ?

Your first user account should let you set the password as soon as you register without waiting for an email response. For all the users beyond that, you can use your first account to create accounts and modify their passwords.
