After I installed the latest version of webform for the first time,
Long error message was found admin >site build > modules.
There is nothing wrong with mySQL 4.1+ requirement for me.
No error message shows up after I deleted the module from the sever.
If it is not a bug, how is it fixed?

With very strange behaviour of the module, after I installed webform block and auto assign role, the message stopped showing.
I have no idea which of the modules had some role for the problem solving.
