I'm having some trouble with Taxonomy fields...
'Taxonomy: All terms' doesn't show at all, while 'Taxonomy: Term' and 'Taxonomy: Term image' (from the Taxonomy Image module) do show, but cause duplicates.

Ideally, nodes with more than one taxonomy term would show an array of terms in $record (from the Feature Styles function) so developers can then choose what to do with them.
I'm assigning an image per taxonomy term as the feature icon, then for features with multiple terms, I'm assigning a special image.

Any assistance would be much appreciated!

This is a tough one. I don't think this is anything on our end. The data you get form Views that you can use to determine styling is straight from Views, so if it is not supplying the multiple Taxonomy, I am not sure if we can change that.

Also, from what I can recall, there is the ability to reduce duplicates with Taxonomy fields and filters.

Agreed. I just tested this on a non-OpenLayers view and the same thing happens.
I've posted a question about this in the Views issue queue, closing.
