I noticed that, when users try to write words containing accents (that's very normal in portuguese language), the system cuts what comes after...

User tries to write: Formulário de Avalialção
System records: Formul

I can't reproduce this problem. If it still exists in the latest version of Webform, please provide more complete steps on how to reproduce. Where were you using "Formulário de Avalialção"? In the Label, as a select list option, in a grid question/option? There are a lot of places for user-entered text that might be a problem.
