The description for the "Block title" field is currently:

The title of the block as shown to the user.

I think it would be helpful if this were appended to read:

The title of the block as shown to the user. Leave blank for no title.

Primarily since this was not possible for so long and there are many users who don't realize you can leave these blank now.
