Allow Field Label & Description to be customized [#576636]

Here's a simple patch to allow the field names/labels to be changed. Had a client request this. Simple UI thing.

Thanks for the patch. I really like this idea...

I'd like this to be developed into a more fully fledged feature. Per node-type/vocab/"scope" label & description.

This would be really useful if it were to be implemented. Are there still plans to do so? Will give the patch a try for now.
