Anyone else seeing the ical16x16.gif not found in the Upcoming Events block? the file is right there in my modules/event/images directory, but I'm getting error messages in the log like this:

drupal/taxonomy/term/modules/event/images/modules/event/images/ical16x16.gif not found.

Running 4.7 beta6 with Events and Pathauto. Any chance those two modules aren't playing nice together?
