Everything works great (after solving many installation issues with config/link, etc), but I still get "Access Denied - You are not authorized to view this page" in the body of the login page. How can I replace this message with a greeting page?

You may want to check administer>accounts>permissions and ensure that a few of the boxes are checked. In particular, you'll want to allow anonymous users to "access content" and probably to "access comments" as well. Let us know if this doesn't work.

If you want to restrict your whole site for specific users you can also apply another localized text for the 'access denied' message....
