I'd like to see unified xml-rpc interface for both 3.0.x and CVS version.
Then drupal.ping can be backported to 3.0.x and Julian's excellent Blogger API can be upgraded to CVS.

I also like see Blogger xmplrpc interface to be provided in drop/drupal.org

I think backporting this would be as easy as moving includes/xmlrpc* and /xmlrpc.php files to the Drupal 3 branch. Anyone have some time to test it?
