I'm hosted by iPower and I have no idea how to install drupal onto its database. I don't know where to find the commandline either. Someone help me.

The easiest way to manage databases if you don't know much about comand-line is to use PHPMyAdmin which is available and phpmyadmin.net. Once you have that installed you will be able to import the Drupal database tables right into your SQL database.

Take a look at the iPower Help Center. It shows you how to access phpMyAdmin.
