Noticed an issue on several OS X computers when running drush help. See attached screenshot to see the encoding issue with the apostrophe.

The issue exists ih 2.0 and HEAD. The apostrophe needs to be escaped and changed to a standard apostrophe. I have submitted a patch for review (attached to this post). Patch was made against head.
