Hello everyone,

Apologies if this is a (very) stupid question.

I have just started using Drupal and I want to insert a picture into an article that is also shown in the teaser.

To do this I have installedthe follwoing modules:
Image
img_assist
tinymce

I am using the lastest version of tiny mce and img_assist 4.6. I am using Drupal 4.6.

Now without tinymce on i can using the img_assist button and add an image to the text. WIth tinyMCE on in advanced mode, if I click on the image icon on the tinyMCE toolbar I get a poppup box asking me to type information.

However, there seems no button to be able to select an image from the image gallery.

Is this by design or is something wrong as I would assume that you would be able to select the image.

I can confirm that the image module is working correct and that img_assist works when tinyMCE is turned off.

If what is occuring incorrect can anyone provide any pointers in the right direction.

Also if I can this to work with tinyMCE can I then configire the text wrapping so there are lines of text to the right of the picture?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Take care

Phil

Can't help with img_assist as I don't use it.

You might like to have a read of http://drupal.org/node/52768 which shows an alternative method that works very nicely with tinyMCE

Hi,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I will definetly keep this method in mind. I tired it and could not get the images to show in tincyMCE - they were displayed as "image not found"

However I did manage to get fckeditor.

Thankyou for getting back to me, and for the help.

Take care

Phil
