We upgraded to 3.x branch and now when you try and edit an existing webform or create a new one the items on the node create/edit page for webform are not there.

The link to components exists and they are all there. The webforms are still submittable but you can not edit or add any of the configuration settings.

I think this may have been fixed as part of #695990: Upgrade breaks connection between node and node type (webform). Of course if you're upgrading, make sure that you run update.php after updating the module code. Please file a new issue if you're still having trouble with upgrading, this one is old enough I'm not sure if it's still a valid problem.
