User login block is missing; does not even appear in Blocks administration. If a user logs out, this makes it impossible to log back in.

Block is visible in other themes (tested in Garland).

Stock installation of the 0.3 build, with an install of the recent release candidate over it (this was happening with the stock install, though).

Very possible that something got messed up though, as I ended up installing it five times before I got it working (I thought I'd been careful purging previous install attempts).

I assume it is supposed to show up in the Left Sidebar block, just as it does in Garland?

I'll review the database; see if maybe something looks fishy in there. Thanks!

Yep; error in the DB. Block was not being referenced anywhere.
