Hi here is a feature request.

Can you create a bulk update of the order status via a CSV file.
This will be great for updating COD, and checks on a bulk basis.

Bulk order operations would be nice, but enabling this through a CSV file is not something I'd consider for core. That's more the task of some dedicated import/export module that will almost certainly have to be tailored to a specific system. I'm going to "won't fix" this and direct you to the Ubercart Views integration module that has some bulk order operations for updating a lot of orders at once.
