I need to sort my view of groups in line of the number of members. I cannot find such possibility.

So I found the solution. I installed the module from ekes.

The module is only for D5 but you can find the D6 module under http://drupal.org/project/og_statistics

After the installation you have the possibility to sort your groups (comment count/ member count/ last comment/ last node ....)
