The site works correctly, but I don't know what could be the cause of these. Coudl it be some attack, or bot? or maybe some configuration problem? I have cache enabled and I use url aliases, if that helps.

Saw the same thing today
I saw the same issues today. All things under the taxonomy node could not be accessed. Did you ever find the cause to this problem. At first I thought it was some server issues, but my other Drupal sites are just fine. I restarted the Apache and MySQL services just for good luck.
