When I right click on an existing link after a node has been saved, it doesn't let me edit the existing link.

TwoDI'm unable to confirm this with IE8 (No access to my test machine atm).
Which browser are you using?
Which version of TinyMCE?
Do you see any script errors in the console?
Are you using any module which could change things on the edit node page, or insert JavaScripts there?
What do you see for that link if you view the source (both "in editor" and the actual source of the saved node)?
