The introduction of automatic-unpublishing in the 2.x version has caused all kinds of support requests. For the sake of usability, it would benefit us to not force this behavior on users. The same thing can be accomplished just by configuring admin/content/node-type/webform to not publish by default anyway. This patch removes this functionality.
